I needed new drapes. It was difficult to decide the style: pinch pleat or grommet.
After buying the drapes I felt satisfied. It was very nice to be able to sort the drapes by style, color, etc. on your website. I appreciate that the curtains are thermal insulated, their size and color. The only drawback is I wish they were machine washable.

We needed new drapes because ours were 20 years old and we recently got new furniture. We needed thermal drapes and would have liked a valance to match. I wasn't quite sure how they would turn out since I never bought drapes online. The best feature was that the drapes are thermal lined and that you shorten them for $3.00. The customer service was very, very good. Tatyana was very helpful and always answered my e-mails in a timely manner. Drapes fit the window and are the right length.
We really wanted a valance to match the drapes. The leftover material from shortening the drapes was sent along with the drapes and it will be enough material to make a valance. My cousin who is a seamtress is working on making a valance.

Existing curtains came with the house. They were old, sun bleached, out dated and very fragile. There are plenty of things that needed fixing around the house, it's hard justify the expense with so many other things that need fixing. Also it was difficult to select a color that will "match" the interior. I have no interior design skills.
 
The Fireside curtains seem strong and durable. They were also made in the USA which was a welcome surprise. Most every other curtain I looked at was listed as "imported" which is usually code from chinese junk.
 
Natural color helps brighten the room (walls are knotty pine, old curtains were plaid/dark) and the linings should help maintain the warmth this winter.
I would recommend this product to anyone in the market for curtains.

We needed a pinch-pleated thermal patio door curtain. We were uncertain about the color. We ordered color swatches but did not find the exact color that we wanted. We were unable to find thermal curtains by any other manufacturer that matched the desired color, so we decided to order from your site the color that most closely approximated what we wanted. We were pleasantly surprised. The color in the full panel was much closer to what we wanted than what we were able to visualize by looking at the swatch.

The swatches arrived very promptly after we ordered them. (Although it still took us a couple of months to order since we were still searching for other options.) The patio panel also arrived very promptly when ordered. The e-mails confirming the order placement and shipping were also nice.

Crosby patio panel is very substantial, not flimsy like other panels we saw in local stores. It blocks light very well, which was not a primary requirement for our purposes but is an extra benefit. The patio panel should work well in the summer to keep our room cooler by blocking out sunlight and seems heavy enough to insulate the room well from the outside cold in the winter.

Our room gets too hot in summer and too cold in winter. I ordered 2 sets of Crosby thermal drapes. Material of the drapes is good for our having 3 cats; they won't be able to scratch and pull the fabric. I was overall pleased with the look & workmanship of the curtains but disppointed about the flaw in my patio panel. It appeared to have a spot from the backing melting in some way, causing a hole that really jumped out. The problem was solved, your company sent me a prepaid label to return the defective panel, and sent a replacement. The replacement is fine.
I had a terrific shopping experience. Customer service lady was always very polite, prompt, and helpful. Your company even mailed me a 2nd fabric sample when my local post office somehow failed to deliver the 1st one that was sent.

We received Springfield and Fireside insulated drapes from your company. I was impressed how they were folded and packaged with great care. The seams in both curtain sets were very professionally done with double stitching and overcast edges. To our delight we discovered an unexpected benefit in Springfield drapes: they almost totally block the outside light making it very comfortable for our bedroom.  First we were concerned that the drapes had wrinkles, but after hanging on the rods for a few days the wrinkles had gone.
