Shipping Policy
ThermalWindowCurtains.com usually ships out the curtain products (except Crosby, Fireside and Conrwall) within 2-3 business days if in stock. Standard size Crosby, Cornwall and Fireside curtains are normally shipped out within 4-5 weeks, Customized Width drapes of Crosby and Cornwall normally take up to 5-7 weeks. Large orders, holiday and special seasons, and out of stock/back-ordered items take longer.
Free fabric samples are usually shipped the same or next business day. Products on Overstock Sale are usually shipped the same or next business day.
We are using reliable reputable shippers and traceable services to make sure that the products you ordered can be tracked and will be delivered safely. We ship our General stock curtain products from Northeastern states by UPS ground and UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days from the day of shipment) services. Please, keep in mind that UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box or APO-FPO address. Overstock Sale products are shipped from Virginia by either FedEx or USPS.
We have a special 5% Off Discount for shipping to APO addresses on most products. A few products (Fireside, Cornwall & Crosby) we cannot ship to APO addresses, as well as to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.
If you are considering the expedited 2nd Day Air service, please, take into account that most of General Stock curtain Products are shipped by UPS from zip code 12996 (Willsboro, NY), except Crosby, Fireside and Cornwall. Those curtains are shipped by UPS from zip code 02724 (Fall River, MA). On UPS website https://wwwapps.ups.com/calTimeCost?loc=en_US&WT.svl=PNRO_L1 you may find out how many days in freight it takes to deliver your order depending on your location and decide if it is worth the cost to use 2nd Day Ai or rather use Standard Ground shipping.
