There were two pinholes in a single panel. They are rather noticeable. I sent an email with photos of the pinholes and asked for a partial refund of the purchase price. The customer service rep processed it within an hour. Like I said, your customer service is fantastic!

We needed traverse rod-compliant panels that are wide in width with a customized length. Hence, in preparation for ordering our pinched pleat curtain panels, we paid close attention to ensure we ordered the proper size and correct, customized length. The tips on panel measurement are extremely helpful and critical. And the free swatches were a blessing and helpful in ensuring proper purchases. Once ordered, I was excited for the curtains to arrive in the mail!

Additional features that I appreciated included the following: (1) thermal feature; (2) the ability to order custom length; and (3) special discounts that greatly aided in persuading us to purchase more curtains from you. In sum, I would recommend the Cornwall drapes to anyone! Those with older windows would find the thermal features very beneficial.

Our power bill was getting out of hand and the blinds just weren't doing enough by themselves so we started looking for curtains. Finding affordable curtains that were still attractive and did what I need them to was definitely a problem I was struggling with.
It was my first time ordering from ThermalWindowCurtains.com so I was nervous about the quality of the products I would be receiving; that turned out to be a completely unfounded concern. I previous purchased the same product {Weathermate  Double Width Tab Top}. The width of the curtains were not the size needed for my french doors. I needed drapes for a wide bay window. Finding the right size at a reasonable price was a problem. When I received Crosby custom drapes, I was very pleased with the craftsmanship and size but found an issue with the fabric.  When I discovered several odd reddish stains on the drapes, I contacted customer service. Tatyana was diligent and very helpful in resolving the problem. The drapes were replaced and I am very pleased with them. Customer service is very responsive.  The initial order arrived in a timely manner.

Main door to house entry is a french (glass) door which is lovely but the light causes too much reflection in our living room for the TV. The reflection made it difficult to view the picture. Finding the proper curtain length was a problem. Most stores only stock shorter or longer lengths. Your company had the precise length I needed. After my order arrived I felt happy.
It was all good. You had what I needed, it shipped quickly, you delivered what you described and promised. Curtains have light blocking and insulation, also a nice quality, hang well.

I needed new curtains. The biggest hang-up was seeing the style options (hard to correctly evaluate from internet pictures). I was glad to find blackout option on white curtains on your website on  Nantucket white curtains. Love the style (grommets), no need to have tie back that will get lost.

I needed curtains that were a particular length, and were thick enough to block out light. Other stores and websties had either very long curtains or very short, but this was the only site where I found something in between.

I wasn't 100% sure what the width of the curtains were (meaning, would I get one big curtain or several small oens).

I called for help and the woman I spoke with talked me through the whole process, even taking the time to let me measure my windows while she stayed with me on the phone. She was awesome.. She is absolutely one of the reasons I decided to stick with the company when I bought another set a few months later.

Variety or sizes you have is a huge benefit. Most sites don't have the variety of this site. Also, the curtains really do a good job of blocking the light and maintaining tempereature.

The only thing that might make things a bit better would be to clarify a bit when you need 1 big curtain and when you need several small ones.

I needed sheer, yet private, coverings for huge sliding glass door/windows wall.
The website not easy to "read" to select desired product for checkout -- I could find the style I wanted but realized that I had to scroll to very bottom of page to select color, size, etc.

I needed insulation from cold weather in New Hampshire without giving up light. My hand up was presentation of curtains. I have just placed my third order for Rhapsody Lined ThermaVoile sheers with you. I live on top of the highest hill in Ellis County, Texas where the sun's heat and glare is BRUTAL--all day, everyday. I replaced several of my heavy blackout drapes with your ThermaVoile sheers at the beginning of this summer. The ThermaVoile sheers were an effective barrier against the heat!!! As a result, I am going room to room, as finances permit, replacing the blackout drapes that always kept my house dark during the day. ThermaVoile sheers are my new crack! I needed a solution to update patio door/window. Finding a nice selection of thermals in different styles and colors was a challenge.
I was impressed by the fabric of the material. The curtain was very well made. Heavy and the color was exactly what I needed. I was very happy and could not wait to hang the curtains at my patio door. The added bonus was the grommet which was bronze/brown the other color we are doing our living room (I was whooping for joy because I never even thought of that when ordering the curtain).
I was impressed with the ease in ordering and the quickness of the shipping. (I will note however that the 1st set of curtains came in a package, not boxed and were pretty beat up and the next shipment came in a box and were in very good condition.)
Curtains look beautiful and elegant on the window/door and have changed the room completely. Give a modern updated look but elegant. I have received compliments. 
I chose white and when the curtains are closed they will darken the room enough but still let enough light in to give a nice color to the room... just perfect and I can tell these are going to work well this winter for thermal. 
The heaviness in the material cause the curtains to hang just right no matter if there are closed or open.

We needed to replace blinds on sliding glass doors facing east in home in south FL. Sliding glass doors are in master bedroom. I wanted something washable do to dog and cat population and something that fit with the decor already in place. I was happy when I bought the Laundry Stripe and Weathershield curtains. They do indeed keep out the heat! The way they diffuse the light is almost an underwater like effect. We love it. The best part of my shopping experience was your Customer service person. I was sent the wrong curtains first. But the problem was fixed.

I have been looking for custom size drapes for odd shaped window. Finding an affordable drape that would fit small window was a challenge. After buying your curtains I felt very satisfied. It was very easy to order. Other benefits were: cusomizable size, good quality.

I was looking for 72 inch long, thick fabric, navy blue curtain panels for toddler's bedroom. I appreciated the simple fact that you even have 72 inch long navy blue curtain panels, which are hard to find. I would recommend these curtains to anyone needing something similar.

We needed new drapes because ours were 20 years old and we recently got new furniture. We needed thermal drapes and would have liked a valance to match. I wasn't quite sure how they would turn out since I never bought drapes online. The best feature was that the drapes are thermal lined and that you shorten them for $3.00. The customer service was very, very good. Tatyana was very helpful and always answered my e-mails in a timely manner. Drapes fit the window and are the right length.
We really wanted a valance to match the drapes. The leftover material from shortening the drapes was sent along with the drapes and it will be enough material to make a valance. My cousin who is a seamtress is working on making a valance.

Keep up a varied inventory.

Existing curtains came with the house. They were old, sun bleached, out dated and very fragile. There are plenty of things that needed fixing around the house, it's hard justify the expense with so many other things that need fixing. Also it was difficult to select a color that will "match" the interior. I have no interior design skills.
 
The Fireside curtains seem strong and durable. They were also made in the USA which was a welcome surprise. Most every other curtain I looked at was listed as "imported" which is usually code from chinese junk.
 
Natural color helps brighten the room (walls are knotty pine, old curtains were plaid/dark) and the linings should help maintain the warmth this winter.
I would recommend this product to anyone in the market for curtains.

We needed a pinch-pleated thermal patio door curtain. We were uncertain about the color. We ordered color swatches but did not find the exact color that we wanted. We were unable to find thermal curtains by any other manufacturer that matched the desired color, so we decided to order from your site the color that most closely approximated what we wanted. We were pleasantly surprised. The color in the full panel was much closer to what we wanted than what we were able to visualize by looking at the swatch.

The swatches arrived very promptly after we ordered them. (Although it still took us a couple of months to order since we were still searching for other options.) The patio panel also arrived very promptly when ordered. The e-mails confirming the order placement and shipping were also nice.

Crosby patio panel is very substantial, not flimsy like other panels we saw in local stores. It blocks light very well, which was not a primary requirement for our purposes but is an extra benefit. The patio panel should work well in the summer to keep our room cooler by blocking out sunlight and seems heavy enough to insulate the room well from the outside cold in the winter.

I had to re-drape a rental unit with a short turn around and, I remembered that I had purchased from you before and, the order was easy and shipped quickly.

Our room gets too hot in summer and too cold in winter. I ordered 2 sets of Crosby thermal drapes. Material of the drapes is good for our having 3 cats; they won't be able to scratch and pull the fabric. I was overall pleased with the look & workmanship of the curtains but disppointed about the flaw in my patio panel. It appeared to have a spot from the backing melting in some way, causing a hole that really jumped out. The problem was solved, your company sent me a prepaid label to return the defective panel, and sent a replacement. The replacement is fine.

I needed to block out the sun and was looking for energy-saving curtains. But I couldn't find foam-backed (or any other) good energy-saving curtains. I ordered free swatches - they came very quickly with a personal email. I immediately liked the fabric (front and back). The customer service was personalized, informative and friendly. As mentioned above, I received a follow-up personal email about the curtains and other things I could do to block the sun's heat. The swatches are sturdy, pretty and what I was looking for. Everything has gone perfectly so far!

My number one need was to find curtains that were not made in China. But the website didn't let me buy them online because I'm in Canada. I called thermal window curtains and we made arrangements to use paypal and have the curtains shipped to my mother-in law who lives in the US. I appreciated very fast customer service, as well as good quality of the product, and the satisfaction of supporting a North American company. All of my friends have been told about this experience. We would love to see Thermal Window Curtains ship products to Canada. There are very few places to buy good quality curtains from especially if you don't want to support China.

I was looking for a thermal patio door covering. My shipping was mixed up. The tracking number for UPS said they would deliver to my house until the actual day of it to arrive, but the delivery was for another state. I called customer service, and appreciate that the mistake was taken care of immediately, but my curtain arrived 1 week later. Since this was a present it was too late to have on his birthday.

We received Springfield and Fireside insulated drapes from your company. I was impressed how they were folded and packaged with great care. The seams in both curtain sets were very professionally done with double stitching and overcast edges. To our delight we discovered an unexpected benefit in Springfield drapes: they almost totally block the outside light making it very comfortable for our bedroom.  First we were concerned that the drapes had wrinkles, but after hanging on the rods for a few days the wrinkles had gone. We used these drapes for months and I can say they are perfect for winter and summer. Thank you for the high quality products!
